Laser cutting…

We can precisely laser cut any letters, figures and other shapes from extruded and cast acrylic material. All we need from you is a great idea and an AutoCAD or Illustrator file. Our friendly team is at your disposal to help if need be.

We only laser cut acrylic, PETG, HIPS, MDF, Plywood and Corflute. Other plastics including polycarbonate, PETG, Celuka and PVC and special design plastics are not suitable for laser cutting. However, we can saw cut or CNC cut these plastics for you.

Plastix will be sure to find a solution for you.

Plastix attaches great importance to circularity. This includes producing as little waste as possible. Plastix optimises the drawing you send us to minimize any wastage of material. Sometimes we will advise you to modify the drawing to reduce waste. In other words, we do everything to cut costly waste of materials.

Huge choice of laser cutting techniques

Our computer-guided machines allow us to use a range of laser cutting techniques. Based on your project, we will select the laser cutting technique most suited to your desired result.

The edges are finished so beautifully that they no longer need to be polished. Laser-cut edges are always polished and smooth. There are no imperfections or burrs on the edges. Consequently, laser-cut sheets need no further processing.
