Q. CAN YOU CUT TO SIZE WHILE I WAIT?

A. Yes. Straight cut pieces can be done while you wait. Urgent laser cutting jobs can be
done on the spot subject to discussion with staff.

Q. WHAT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR A QUOTE?

A. Directly through our Get A Quote link is the best way to send all info and relevant files or you can send a quote directly to our store by emailing (sales@plastix.com.au).

Q. WHAT FILES ARE APPROPRIATE TO SEND MY ARTWORK IN TO GET QUOTED OR CUT?

A. To be able to create your requirements we will need your artwork to be sent as an
EPS, DXF, PDF or AI file.

Q. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM WORKING AREA OF YOUR MACHINES?

A. Our Laser and CNC Machine working area is 3000 x 2000mm although we are not
limited to this size.

Q. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

A. Yes we do offer delivery Australia wide. Pricing for delivery varies due to size and
location. Our minimum delivery price starts at $55 plus GST for small packages.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR GENERAL PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?

A. Our general lead times are as follows;
Cut-To-Size – WHILE YOU WAIT
Cut To Size large orders – 1-2 working days
Laser Cutting- 2 – 4 working days
Fabrication- 4 – 7 working days

Please note: our lead times may change depending on our work load. If you need
anything quicker than above lead times, please call us on (02) 9599 2499.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

A. Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4pm.
Saturday – Appointment Only
Sunday – Closed

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We accept the following payment methods: EFT, Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Cheque
(w/ appropriate identification), and cash.

Q. HOW LONG AFTER I SEND IN MY QUOTE CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

A. Once your quote is submitted you can expect a response within 24 hours. If your
quote request is urgent, please call our Kingsgrove (02 9599 2499) office directly.

Q. DO YOU INSTALL?

A. Yes, we provide installation services. If you require installation please let our team know prior to commencement of works.
