One workshop, several production methods
Custom fabrication is rarely a single operation. A build can combine sheet cutting, detailed profiling, drilling, bending, polishing, bonding and final assembly. The practical method depends on material thickness, geometry, quantity and the finish visible to the customer.
Plastix reviews the complete job before production so a polished display case is not treated like a straight-cut panel, and a protective machine guard is not specified like a decorative cover.

Sydney fabrication with freight review where suitable
Fabrication is completed through the Plastix workshop in Sydney. Local customers can arrange Kingsgrove pickup or delivery, while suitable interstate work can be assessed for Australia-wide freight. Large, fragile or high-finish pieces need packing and replacement risk checked before a delivery price is confirmed.
Prototype, replacement or repeat production
The same structured brief can support a one-off display, a replacement guard, a prototype for approval or a repeat commercial run. For repeat work, include the existing job reference, drawing revision and quantity so the team can identify what must remain consistent and what has changed.

Can fabricated items be delivered outside Sydney?
Australia-wide freight can be reviewed for suitable fabricated items. Size, fragility, packing, destination and replacement risk must be checked before freight is confirmed.
