Plastix has an extensive collection of machines that includes laser engraving machines. These machines are computer-guided so they can engrave with extreme precision.
Acrylic is engraved with our laser cutting machines and all other materials are engraved using our CNC routers. Depending on the type of material, drawings can be imported from AutoCAD, DXF files and Illustrator files.
Our laser cutting machines have a maximum flatbed size of 3050 x 2050 mm, which means that all our large format acrylics – up to 50 mm thick – will fit on them. Engraving with a router can be done up to a thickness of 100 mm and with an area of 3050 x 2050 mm. Engraving with a router is possible with several kinds of materials.
As the quality of our engraving machines is incredibly high. Because we have a variety of machinery at our disposal, we can select the most suitable one for your project. With more than forty years’ experience in engraving, we also know exactly how to get the very best out of our machines.
Our computer-guided machines allow us to use a range of engraving techniques. Based on your project, we will select the engraving method most suited to your desired result.
